At Braille Skateboarding, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all skate hardware, apparel, and accessories remain in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Gear

Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring that skateboard decks have not been gripped or skated and apparel still has tags attached.

Ship It Back

Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
